Research Boarding Facilities
Do your homework on boarding facilities, to see what they all have to offer. Then, figure out what needs your dog has, and match them to what the boarding facility has to offer. If your dog is extremely active, look for a facility that offers enough exercise throughout the day for your dog. Match the facility to your dog's specific needs.
Plan A Visit
Plan to visit the boarding facility, before booking your dog's stay. You want to see it up close and personal, including the sleeping areas, common areas, and dog run or exercise areas.
